Head off straight from the lodge doorstep and cross the flat plain, whilst taking in the views of the Huascaran Peaks. Follow the vertiginous fault line onwards and upwards, following animal tracks until you emerge at the small but beautiful lake of Paracocha. Here you can rest, sit back and enjoy your private lake and views of the Cordillera Negra.
